Most orders are shipped same day or within 24 to 48 hours of placement.

As soon as the goods have been despatched and loaded onto the freighters you'll receive an automated despatch notification to your registered email which will contain tracking information and an estimated time of arrival. Please be aware that due to parcel volume all goods leave our warehouse palletised and sorted by state, pallets are then broken down in the couriers depot and scanned in individually, tracking will not go live until the freighters have scanned in your parcel in the depot. This can take one to two hours from despatch notification being received.
