 Here's a guide covering anything to do with the shipping of your orders.

 

Free Shipping
  • FREE freight on orders $99 or over Australia wide (mainland + tassie)
  • $15 flat rate for any order under $99

 

Despatch

We despatch as fast as possible and most orders are packed and shipped same day or within 1-2 business days.

In busy periods, such as the lead up to Christmas or during extreme sale promotions, shipping may take a little longer.

Please note both Scrooz and our National Carriers operate during the business days Mon-Fri, we don't despatch during weekends or public holidays due to lack of available freight services.

 

No Free Freight Postcodes

There are very few suburbs and postcodes we do not freight to free of charge, unfortunately due to excessively high freight costs to these postcodes we can no longer provide freight free of charge. If you would like goods freighted to these postcodes, please contact us on 1300 79 44 99 and we can provide immediate freight costs:

 

NT: 815 / 822 / 852 / 880 / 885 

TAS: 7255 / 7256 / 7257

QLD: 4871 / 4875 (islands only everywhere else freight is free) 

SA: 5222 / 5223

NSW: 2898 (islands only everywhere else freight is free)

 

PO Boxes

Orders going to PO Boxes must be sent from us via Australia post.

Please be aware all regular orders from us go via Star Track Freight and there are currently no delays. Shipments going to PO Boxes via Austalia Post can experience delays. Where possible, please have your order sent directly to a residential address so that your delivery time is not impacted.

Delivery

Orders with a total weight of or under 5kg are shipped via air freight using the Premium Express Air Freight Service from StarTrack.

  • 1 business day to all metro areas Australia wide
  • 1-2 business days to rural areas Australia wide

 

    Orders over 5kg are shipped by StarTrack Express Road Freight service. Please see the table below for road freight times across Australia.

     

     

    Returns


     

    Scrooz Fasteners is happy to assist customers who wish to return or exchange goods purchased through our website or over our trade counter. Please ensure that the following conditions are met:

    • Within 30 days of purchase
    • All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition
    • The full amount of fasteners/screws originally sold must be there.
    • Tax invoice must be valid and intact

    When returning products to us, you can either bring your order and matching tax invoice to our trade counter, or post it back to or warehouse at:

    Change of mind returns / exchanges

    With a tax invoice or order number.

    • We can provide a refund
    • All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and in saleable condition
    • The full amount of fasteners/screws originally sold must be accounted for
    • The original tax invoice must be valid and intact

    Without a tax invoice or order number.

    • We may not be able to find you in our system, or
    • We may be unable to verify the original order, or
    • There may be a delay on refunding your purchase.

     

    Refund Methods

    PayPal, Visa / MasterCard / American Express, or Google Pay / Apple Pay

    All refunds will be processed by their original payment methods. If for any reason the system declines the return, an alternative tender will be offered.

    Bank Transfer

    Returns on orders purchased via bank transfer can take up to 48 hours to process due to different banks' internal systems. Unfortunately, we have no control over this.

    Zip & Afterpay

    All returns on orders purchased through Zip and Afterpay must be processed by their original payment method. If for any reason the system declines the return, an alternative tender will be offered.
