Drop In Anchor Overview

Professional grade drop in anchors are internally threaded anchors that provide quick and easy installation of any threaded fastener or rod into masonry, hard stone, and solid concrete.

Made from high strength steel, the anchor is expanded by a matching setting tool which drives the anchors captive expansion plug fully home while protecting the internal thread from damage. Drop in anchors are a flush fit, and therefore perfect for temporary or removeable fixtures, eg; maintenance, scaffolding applications, etc.

When using the matching setting tool, these drop in anchors have some of the fastest anchor installation times of all our masonry anchoring range.

Three different drop-in anchors are available:

• Smooth body drop in anchors CR3+ safe plate bright zinc plated finish for operator safe corrosion protection.
• Lipped drop-in anchors Yellow zinc plated available, stops the anchor from slipping into the drilled hole and ensures the anchor mounts flush each time.
• Premium quality ETA approved range for high strength construction and engineering fixing and bolting applications.
