High Performance stainless steel hex bolts in both 304 and 316 grade stainless steel from the Scrooz bolting range, 304 grade stainless steel is a high grade alloy offering excellent corrosion protection in standard applications and is the grade most commonly used. 316 is a premium grade alloy and is used in extreme applications requiring maximum corrosion protection such as salt water or chemical exposure or for customers who want the best quality high performance fasteners available with the longest life span. Nuts and washers in stainless are also available throughout the site under the nuts and bolts category in both finishes.

Stainless Steel hex bolts are used when access to both sides of the assembly is available to install a nut, they are not fully threaded and have a portion of plain shank. Stainless steel full thread hex bolts (commonly known as set screws) are threaded up to the underside of the head and are generally used to fasten into a threaded components or assemblies or used with a nut as a standard bolt where thread lengths can't be determined and flexible solution is required. All bolts in our range are metric coarse thread, you can find a bolting thread chart below for reference which includes thread pitch and thread length. We also carry a full range of stainless threaded fasteners, including socket cap screws, button and countersunk bolts, machine screws and coach bolts.
